FASHION ARTIST

STUDIO / WEARABLE ART

I knit with unexpected materials — copper yarn, paper yarn — transforming them into art rather than garments.

I work with natural fibers like silk and Japanese cotton, where sustainability is not just a word but a practice.

My vegetable-dyed pieces are created like paintings: layered, emotional, and alive.

My art

My art

I have always been compelled to create art. As a child, I drew and painted constantly. I view my work as an interpretation of my attempts to understand life and the world.

Showcased in a Manhattan Pop-Up

I was invited to host my own pop-up exhibition in the heart of Manhattan — an invitation that came directly from them. It was a powerful sign for me: my work was seen, recognized, and chosen to be presented as art.

For a moment, my pieces lived in Manhattan as wearable sculptures — handmade, alive, and created from unexpected materials. This pop- up confirmed that my path is real, and thatwhat I create truly resonates.

ACTRESS ANNA KULINOVA

Inst @annakulinova

This dress is entirely handmade — knitted and ink-dyed with intention and care.

It is a meaningful piece, inspired by the belief that nothing in life is accidental; every moment unfolds for our highest good.

She is known for Valentine’s Day (2010), New Year’s Eve (2011) and Searching for Bobby D (2005).

“The Art of Becoming”

This piece is a dialogue between imperfection and beauty — the essence of The Art of Becoming.

The sleeve, entirely machine-knitted by hand, is painted with vegetable inks, transforming it into a living canvas. Each stroke, each irregularity carries the warmth of human touch. Nothing is replicated — this part of the dress emerged from nothing, shaped slowly into existence.

The contrast between the textured knit and the pure silk reflects a fundamental truth: without darkness, we cannot recognize light; without challenges, we cannot become who we are meant to be. Every uneven line, every “imperfect” detail holds a piece of my own journey — proof that flaws are not mistakes, but marks of life.

Crafted solely from natural materials, this dress feels alive, expressive, and deeply personal — a reminder that becoming is always a raw, beautiful process

Structured Wire Knit Top

This one-of-a-kind top is crafted using a combination of fine yarns and copper wire, allowing the piece to hold its shape and be subtly sculpted by hand.

The fabric is hand-dyed with vegetable inks, giving each panel an individual tone and making the garment completely unique.

The wire-infused knit creates a structured surface that can be shaped, folded, and adjusted, offering a distinctive tactile quality that sets this piece apart.

The Handcrafted Stripes Dress

This exclusive dress is crafted using a refined combination of premium yarns and advanced artisanal techniques.

The sculpted knit skirt is composed of layered striped panels made from Japanese cotton, copper wire, fishing-line fibres, velvety yarns, and other specialty materials, each selected for its unique texture and finish.

The interplay between matte, glossy, and semi-sheer sections creates a rich, dimensional surface that feels both modern and meticulously handcrafted.

The top of the dress is made from pure silk, offering a clean, elegant contrast to the complexity of the knitted structure below.

Every element is produced entirely by hand, ensuring that this piece remains one-of-one and cannot be replicated.

One-Shoulder Paper Knit Dress

This one-of-a-kind piece features a sculptural element hand-knitted from paper yarn and painted by hand, giving the dress its living, textural dimension.

The deep magenta silhouette is complemented by an elegant front slit and a meticulously crafted neckline that highlights the natural line of the body.

This garment exists in a single edition and will never be repeated.

Origami Texture Satin Dress

This one-of-a-kind gown combines a smooth satin base with an asymmetric panel knitted from Japanese cotton that mimics the texture of paper yarn.

The knit element is hand-dyed in soft gradient tones, creating a subtle contrast between the clean satin surface and the textured fibre structure.

Each component is crafted and dyed entirely by hand, making this piece truly unique and impossible to reproduce.

My background

My background

I’ve always been drawn to creating the unusual — pieces that aren’t just clothing, but living shapes, almost like sculpture in motion. From the very beginning, I knew I wanted to go beyond what has been done for decades and explore forms that challenge gravity itself. My journey started with zero-waste patterns, even leading to a show during fashion week, but eventually I discovered knitting. It opened an entirely new universe: when you build fabric from yarn, you’re free to experiment with structure, texture, and unexpected materials

and suddenly, new silhouettes become possible.
